Building a new home was something my wife and I dreamed about for a long time. It’s a very big investment so you want everything to be perfect. In March of this year we decided it was time. We shopped around to a few builders within the Aylmer sector and when we were shown the Chabitat model homes we were amazed by the construction of the homes (NovaClimat) and the service we received. Jerry Pittet, one of Chabitats sales associates, was patience, kind and had unbelievable customer service repot. The next day we met Line Charette, the director, and again was treated with the same kind nature. Both made our decision very easy to have Chabitat build our dream home. During the finalizing of the paper work we had a lot of questions and requests for both Jerry and Line. To our surprise, every question and request was answered on the spot or the very next day. No matter how many times we talked to Line through meetings, phone calls or email, we always received the same friendly and professional service. We would recommend Chabitat to anyone and everyone who is ever considering building a new home. Our experience is one of the best we have ever encountered from individuals whom were strangers just months ago but now feel like family.

A month has gone by since I have moved into my Chabitat built home. Being a first time new home buyer was a daunting task to say the least. After visiting several construction sites in the Aylmer area, the professionalism demonstrated by the Chabitat sales team, convinced me that, there was no other place that I would purchase my new home.
